About
Mission
I’m honored you’ve found your way here — welcome to my little pocket of the internet.
You may be here because you feel stuck, hopeless, overwhelmed, or deeply exhausted. Maybe you’re carrying grief, pain, or loss that feels too heavy to hold alone.
Maybe you’re beginning to realize you don’t recognize the person you see in the mirror anymore.
Or maybe you’ve lived through painful or traumatic experiences and have spent years trying to patch those wounds with band-aids that never seem to last — while concepts like self-love or healing feel distant, fake, or unattainable.
Or maybe none of those fit perfectly.
Life has a way of pulling us away from ourselves. For some, life moves so quickly that we lose touch with what’s happening inside us. For others, life feels painfully slow, leaving us feeling behind, numb, disconnected, or lifeless.
All of these experiences are understandable. Life is a lot.
And what makes it even harder is how isolated many of us have become. We were never meant to carry everything alone, yet so many people are trying to survive without support, community, or healthy interdependence.
There are many areas of life I’m willing to walk alongside people through, but some of the main concerns I help with include depression, burnout, chronic insecurity, identity struggles, social hypervigilance, rejection sensitivity, anxious or codependent relationship patterns, marital and couple conflict, family dysfunction, boundary violations, attachment wounds, shame, religious performance, faith-related struggles, PTSD, trauma, fear of death, anger, grief, and loss.
And honestly, even that list leaves so much out.
Method
So what can you expect from working with me?
I deeply value both individual healing and the beautiful — and often painful — complexity of relationships. My approach is collaborative, adaptable, and centered around the unique needs of the people sitting in front of me.
Our work will begin with an in-depth intake process where I ask a lot of questions because I want to understand the full picture of your story, not just the symptoms.
Together, we’ll identify goals, create a roadmap toward those goals, and talk honestly about what the process may look like — including session frequency and the pace of therapy.
Most importantly, your voice matters throughout the entire process. I’ll regularly invite your feedback and collaboration, and you can expect a therapy space where curiosity, compassion, honesty, and mutual respect are deeply valued.
You’ll likely hear things like:
“Wow, that makes so much sense.”
“That must have been really hard.”
“Can I share an observation with you?”
“I may not have this exactly right, so I’d love your input.”
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you no longer feel like you have to carry everything alone.
